This week we've been learning how to measure weight. We had fun learning how to use the balance scales. We then compared different fruits and vegetables to see which was heavier. Finally we counted how many vegetables were equal to 1kg.

The boys and girls in P2/3 have made a great start to the new school year. Yesterday, we used our numeracy skills to play 4-in-a-row.

Today we were learning about rockets and aerodynamics. We asked the question, 'Why are rockets shaped like pencils and not bricks?' We made simple rockets and decorated them with colourful patterns. We then went out into the playground and got ready for the launch.
